Product Safety

Safety is of the highest importance with play areas being designed in accordance with BS 8409:2002 soft play areas – Code of Practice.

Play Concepts structures have successfully passed fire testing to BS 5852:1990 section 4 : ignition source: BSEN 1021-1 and BSEN1021-2. The play decks have successfully passed fire testing to sources 0,3 and 5 of BS 5852:1990 (Complete item) and BS 1892, section 2.10 appendix E,1990

Retention netting is provided to define the indoor play area and to determine the layout of the features. Play Concepts use 50mm x 50mm sq flame retardant netting.
